And Be Visionary And Purpose Driven

It is essential to practice systems thinking to be highly effective in
any particular field of endeavor. While the concept is not new, you
will find this particular approach to guide your thinking to
achievement as exciting as it is challenging, and as pleasurable as it
is painful.

It is referred to as the philosophy to practice art to think, to lead,
and to achieve (ATLA).

ATLA is based on a well-designed system framework. It includes six key
areas of thinking, i.e. to think about thinking, to think purpose, to
think emotion, to think system, to think process, and to think
achievement.

Systems Thinking

This framework enables you to apply the techniques and principles of
systems thinking.

You start the process by physically assuming position in the leadership
domain to take charge of the process of thinking in order to achieve.

The system framework is a comprehensive guide to direct your thinking
to achievement and outcome. However, since it is an open system
operating in the environment, cognizance is given to the impact of
outside and inside environments.

The system is driven from the leadership domain. This feature will
enable you to become conversant with a completely new and creative
arrangement of the functions of leadership and management. These
functions are conducted within a systems context, and not as isolated
events.

It will enable you to unlock your power of authenticity, which you will
be able to radiate for all to see.

Furthermore, you will be in a position to make a deep commitment to
break away from patterns of thinking and behavior that no longer add
value, and that keep you stuck in old and outdated ways of doing
things.

This includes, among others, how to deal with the concepts of vision,
purpose, strategy, goals, objectives, and outcomes. If you dont have a
vision and a purpose, or if you are unsure whether these are correct,
becoming conversant with ATLA, and its processes, will lead you to the
answer.

Significantly, the basic model of the ATLA philosophy already forms an
integral part of the mind of every human being.

Generally, individuals are unaware of this powerful tool. They seldom
realize that a system and a process are required to excel in any
endeavor. The result of this lack of insight is that this tool, even in
its basic form, is seldom deliberately applied, let alone within the
context of systems thinking.

To facilitate the process of systems thinking, the website comprises
